The Portfolio Management department’s mission is to promote Carmila’s assets.
The portfolio manager coordinates the different business lines: leasing, asset management, promotion, control of design and works, and management of centres, among others, in order to define, implement and manage the action plans necessary for promoting the shopping centres, through four areas of value creation:
- Reversion in order to optimise the rental potential
- Development in order to make the commercial offer available to a broad consumer audience
- Renovation in order to improve the commercial attractiveness
- Acquisitions in order to contribute to the consolidation of Carrefour’s assets
