Shopping centres management
The shopping centres management department consists of all the managers at each of the shopping centres, relying on their marketing expertise to make the centres more attractive to tenants and customers.
The shopping centre manager:
- Manages the site’s performance measurement tools,
- Develops and implements action plans to drive traffic to the site,
- Assists tenants with any issues or problems they may have,
- Builds a long-term relationship with local decision makers.
