Offering premises at leading sites
With 128 shopping centres in France and many extension projects, we are able to provide national and international brands with facilities at leading sites that closely match their growth targets. Thanks to our regional teams, we can also put brands in touch with local merchants and help the latter to become franchised. In 2018 for example, we inaugurated the retail park in the Cap Saran commercial centre near Orléans with the best franchisees in the region. Of the 34 brands present, 17 are franchises, so almost 50% of the shops are run by local merchants introduced to the banners by Carmila.
