Carmila begins renovation of Gran Sur in Cádiz so as to host new retailers

In order to modernise the site and meet the needs of local consumers and the wider region, Carmila has begun renovation works at the Gran Sur shopping centre located in the town of La Línea de la Concepción, in the Spanish province of Cádiz.

The project will expand and upgrade Gran Sur’s upper floor and enrich the centre’s offering with new retailers in the leisure, fashion and food sectors.

Gran Sur will also soon feature a FlipaJump trampoline park, rounding out the leisure offering and providing visitors with an open space dedicated to special events, campaigns and kids’ play areas.

In addition, Sports retailer Nova Sport is set to open in mid-March to cater for sportswear fans.

Designed as a place for living, the renovated Gran Sur will offer practical and welcoming spaces. It will feature a glass central panoramic lift connecting the ground and upper floor, as well as cosy relaxation areas.

The entire renovation of Gran Sur is scheduled for completion in September 2021.
