Grand Evreux obtains the BiodiverCity® Life label – “Committed” level

New recognition for our center!

Our Grand Evreux shopping center has just been awarded the BiodiverCity® Life label – Committed level, a distinction that recognizes real estate projects that prioritize the long-term sustainability of living organisms.

A source of collective pride… and a concrete commitment.

Why this label? This certification rewards sites that measure, protect, and enhance local biodiversity.

For Grand Évreux, it complements the work already undertaken since obtaining the BiodiverCity® Construction label for the last extension, completed at the end of 2018.

Specifically, the certification has enabled:

• a complete update of the ecological studies surrounding the center,
• the commitment to follow a 3-year action plan, with specific measures to improve local biodiversity (green space management, species monitoring, educational initiatives, etc.).

Complementing the Construction label with the Life (operations) label demonstrates that our commitment continues on the ground, every day, with actions that are sustainable over time.

This recognition illustrates Carmila's commitment to making our centers sustainable, vibrant places that are more respectful of ecosystems.
