Carmila publishes its Universal Registration Document 2025

The Universal Registration Document was filed on 31 March 2026, with the French financial markets authority (Autorité des marchés financiers – AMF).

It reflects our determination to progress and our desire for transparent communication. It also sets out to provide – as part of a close, trust-based relationship with each stakeholder – a comprehensive overview of the Group, focusing on its governance, challenges, sustainable growth strategy, prospects and forward-looking vision.

It may be used for the purposes of an offer to the public of securities or admission of securities to trading on a regulated market if completed by a securities note and, if applicable, a summary and any amendments to the Universal Registration Document.
